One of the most frequently asked questions we hear at the Chamber of Commerce is, “How can I get my business in front of people?” While we offer several avenues to our members, this event is designed to be a comprehensive event that would gather businesses and consumers in one place to make this connection. This October we invite you to participate in the 2009 Queen Anne’s County Business Showcase. The day will start with our Excellence in Business Awards Luncheon and then open into the Business Showcase.

We have made several changes based on the feedback we received from last year’s participants and attendees including better traffic flow through the showcase and earlier booth set-up times.

Reserving booth space early will ensure your spot, entitle you to a free seminar on how to make the most of the showcase, and you will save $100 if you reserve by August 15th.

We hope you will join us for this one day celebration of business in Queen Anne’s County!

QAC CHAMBER MEMBER RATE
Early Bird Rate: $250
Registration and payment received by
August 15th, 2009

Regular Rate: $350
Registration and payment received by
September 15th, 2009

NON- CHAMBER MEMBER RATE: $500
Registration and payment received by
September 15th, 2009

POST DEADLINE RATE: $750
Registration and payment received from Chamber and non-Chamber members after September 15, 2009

Showcase Booth Space is open to ALL Queen Anne’s County Businesses.

• Booths must be set-up by 1:00 pm on October 15th
• Chairs are not furnished, but you
  are welcome to bring your own.
• Booths are to be maintained
  unl 7:00 pm
• Booths are not to be dismantled
  prior to the close of the show.
  Violators of this policy will not be
  guaranteed exhibit space the
  following year.
• Exhibits are limited to contracted
  exhibitors only. Sub-leasing,
  sharing with or represenng and
  distribuon of materials for other
  businesses is prohibited.
• All exhibits must be broken down
  and removed by 8:00 pm on
  October 15.
• Selling of services and products is
  permitted and encouranged.
